The staff has always been professional and service-minded, and the facilities were great! Great that they have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with bathroom and a view on the rain station, for example; everyone is welcome here.

The venue's position was central. Shopping centres and a large shopping mall were right next door. Professional and very responsive staff and the breakfast was sensational with local food, various drinks, fresh veggies or wholemeal breadstuff.

Clean, wonderful hotel with nice decor; the location is awesome near to the train line. Rooms are amazingly comfortable and perfect with windows to the train station and comfortable beds, as for instance, food is healthy.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great as it was close to the train station making it easy to get around. The staff were very helpful and accommodating especially with arranging taxis for us to and from the airport. The room was modern and clean with all the necessary amenities like an electric kettle and a flat-screen TV. The breakfast offered an overwhelming amount of choices and everything was very tasty.

We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I loved this property - recently renovated and fully equipped hotel.

Overall it was great value and well-equipped with a view on the rain station. Having a hair dryer, shower caps and bath sheets was a bonus. The private parking was outside, exceptional service.

Fairly clean hotel in a very beautiful building really close to the train line. Top-class and well-appointed units with comfortable bed. Costs gbp 521. Central location in a quiet area best of both worlds. Nearby Old Cuban - great place to chill out. Totally very nice stay for a business trip.

Came in Katowice to relax and have fun, this small hotel was wonderful base for doing it. Great that they have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with free wi-fi as well as a proper double bed which was great; everyone is welcome here. Here I spent 2 nights and really enjoyed being in this place.

i had really nice days staying at this brand-new hotel. everything was very good, personnel was very friendly and top-class. its location was particularly good, very close to katowice train station, and in a quiet area. i ate in the pizza restaurant nearby. enjoyed the double room overlooking the street. there was a wide array of food for breakfast, it was outstanding.
